We put a whole lotta love and care with the make and delivery of your product!
Please take the time in reading our
Terms & Conditions before placing your order, this is to avoid any hiccups along the way.

 DELIVERING OF YOUR PRODUCT 

  • Please place your delivery before 3:00pm to ensure next day delivery

  • No on the day deliveries available at this time

  • If delivering to a business, please ensure name of business is stated in delivery notes

  • Depending on suburb, delivery fee is applied while proceeding at checkout

  • Please ensure your delivery address is CORRECT before placing your order

  • If no one is at delivery address to receive the product, the deliverer will take initiative and leave product in a safe weather proof spot where they see suitable

  • If delivery address is incorrect or the product is unable to be left at delivery address safely, product will then be return back and customer will be contacted ASAP. This can also result in an additional re-delivery fee

  • If delivery address is in a new estate and not seen on Google Maps, please provide clear instructions for deliverer

  • Melbourne delivery is unavailable at this stage in time

  • If you require your product to be delivered by a certain time, please specify this in notes at checkout. If not done so, product will be delivered by 5:00pm

 

RETURNING OF YOUR PRODUCT

Please note that we are dealing with fresh products and take pride in all our makings. If you deem the product to be faulty, we will be happy to replace your product or process a refund subject to the following:

  • Please contact us directly on hello@wildfolkflowers.com expressing your concerns within 48 hours of after receiving the product

  • Product can NOT be returned or refunded where there has been change of mind on product choice

  • Once we have received the product and have agreed with your concerns, you will then be given a choice of a full refund of the purchase price, or replacing of the product
